You have 60 days to return your purchase and request a refund.

You have to send your order to our warehouse in the city of San Sebastián.

You have to send us your order back. But shipping the new garment is free for you.

Europe and International

Sorry we can't make it free. You will have to make a new purchase with shipping costs.

Once we have the order in our store and everything is correct, we will make your refund immediately.

We do not accept the return of used garments or those that do not contain their original labels.

Logically, if you receive a wrong order or it presents some defect , we will take care of all the shipping costs.

Once you request your order, it will take 5 to 10 days to arrive at your address.

If we cannot meet the deadlines for any reasons, you will receive a communication with the new delivery date or the possibility of canceling your purchase.
