When you finish your order you can select pick up at our store in San Sebastian without shipping fees.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with all the tracking information for your order.
We use different couriers to deliver orders to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the relevant courier.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 60 days to return your purchase and request a refund.
You can send it yourself or we can send a courier to pick up your order (national only). This service has a charge of (€3.90)
We can also load the balance spent onto a card so you can use it whenever you want, it has no expiration date.
Size changes in the Peninsula are free, one per order.
For countries outside Spain we cannot provide this service, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Once we have the order in our store and everything is correct, we will issue your refund immediately.
We do not accept returns of used items or items that do not contain their original labels.
Obviously, if you receive an incorrect order or it has a defect, we will take care of all shipping costs.
